Information Security Management Policy

We are committed:

• to ensure the security of the data in all formats that are produced while carrying out its activities in line with the objectives of our administration and used in common with public institutions/organizations within the framework of ISMS requirements,
• to identify all kinds of intentional or unintentional threats to our information assets and to manage the risks that these threats may pose, to ensure the security of the data exchange provided over the ULAKNET network established within the scope of E-Government activities;
• Regular review of the processes and activities used for the execution of ISMS for continuous improvement,
• Confidentiality, integrity, accessibility, and continuity of the corporate information within the scope,
• Providing services in accordance with legal regulations, legislative provisions, and contracts; error-free, as soon as possible and uninterruptedly,
• Business processes are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures prepared and approved within the scope of the information security management system,
• Identification and systematic management of information security risks,
• Planning awareness-raising, guiding activities, and training programs to ensure the participation and compliance of our personnel and business partners with the management systems in line with the holistic approach,
• In order to comply with the development and change in the field of information technologies, to provide the necessary training for the personnel affecting the information security performance to reach the desired competence, to create a dynamic structure, and to increase communication with the authorities,
• Implementation of ISMS as an indispensable part of the corporate culture,
