Intellectual Property Rights

Between 2006 and 2021, there were 21 "trademark" applications, with 17 of these applications officially registered.

Within the same timeframe, from 2006 to 2021, Düzce University submitted 35 applications for "Patent/Utility Model". In 2021, only one "Utility Model" application, specifically for the Insect Collecting Cage System, was granted registration. Presently, there are no "Patent/Utility Model" initiatives commercialized by Düzce University. However, efforts for one patent initiative and the process of commercialization are ongoing.

Between 2006 and 2020, out of 62 "Invention Notification Document" applications, 35 were submitted to the Intellectual Property Rights (FSMH) where the university had no rights. Of these submissions, 11 patents/utility models were registered. Additionally, within this period, two "International Patent Applications" were realized.

From 2016 to 2020, the total number of registered patents/utility models was 51.
