URAP

The University has once again been ranked among the top 50 state universities in the 2020-2021 Turkish Rankings published by the Research Laboratory of the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) of the METU Institute of Computer Science.

The ranking is based on the indicators of number of articles, citations, total number of scientific documents, number of PhDs and number of students per faculty member; Among the universities founded after 2006, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Izmir Katip Çelebi University and Istanbul Medeniyet University, followed by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Izmir Katip Çelebi University and Istanbul Medeniyet University, Düzce University became the first university in the list outside three major cities as the fourth ranked state university. It also retained its first place among the universities founded in 2006.

The University, which has been ranked among the top 2,000 universities in the URAP World Rankings for the past three years, continues to strive to increase its success in international rankings.
