The University Successfully Retains its Position in the GreenMetric Index

56 Turkish universities were successfully ranked in the index in 2020 among the 912 universities from different countries that took part in the index. The university has been successfully part of the 2018 and 2019 lists and has preserved its place on the 2020 list as well.

In the GreenMetric Index prepared by the University of Indonesia, universities are ranked according to various criteria such as landscaping, climate change, waste, water, transportation, education, and measuring carbon footprint.

In addition to value-added academic research for sustainable living, the university has civil society initiatives and activities such as Clean University - Clean Düzce. The University continues its activities on a green and clean campus.
